Below is the baptism of my grandfather John William Jones he was born in Congleton, on the 19th September, 1877 and Baptised on the 23rd December 1877 at Spitalgate, Grantham, Lincolnshire.

I think the address is: 56 Commercial Road, Congleton. (Unfortunately it is not legible) This would make sense as he was gardener at The Mount, on the Congleton road at Windy Bank (now referred to as the A34 Newcastle Road).
